Our Belding location is currently seeking to DIRECT HIRE 1 new Racker/Packer for our 2nd Shifts. The job description includes, but is not limited to: The job of a laborer vary, changing from day to day. T hey perform a variety of duties involving tool use, lifting, carrying and managing equipment. This position does involve physical work and does require lifting up to 40 lbs. Requirements : Minimum 6 months recent work history preferably in an industrial setting within the past year. Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. We are seeking employees with have excellent attendance, teamwork skills and a competitive hustle to meets goals and want to learn new skills. We are felony friendly! WE PAY WEEKLY! We offer a base pay of $16.50 per hour to start plus a weekly piece rate bonus (average $1.50 - $2.50/hour) and Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses. 2nd Shift Premium +$3.00 / hourly. We offer paid time off after 60 days, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, and free company paid life insurance.
